Omega Introduces Seamaster Ploprof
When youโre hosting a few millionaire moguls on your new yacht you canโt be caught wearing just any watch, even when deep sea diving is on the agenda. For just such an occasion, Omega has introduced the Seamaster Ploprof 1200M Co-Axial Master Chronometer and itโs as impressive as its name.
This watch drew crowds to the Omega booth at Baselworld 2015 for good reason since the titanium case and ceramic bezel of the Seamaster Ploprof are adorned with 40 carats of sparkling diamonds. The majority of those dazzling gems are baguette shaped with diamond pavรฉ and snow set diamonds added for variety.
Like the plain Jane version that made its debut earlier this year, the bling heavy Seamaster Ploprof is powered by the Omega 8912 automatic movement with anti-magnetic properties. Both models come with a screw-in crown, bezel security pusher and automatic helium escape.
While the Seamaster Ploprof is water resistant to 1,200 meters, you donโt really want to wear it on a diving excursion to that depth since your lungs would probably burst and even worse, the pressure would loosen the diamonds on the watch.
Still, the Omega Seamaster Ploprof is sure to turn heads at the next pool party and for $760,000, it should.
