The newest model for the 2014 holiday season is the Ferragamo Buckle Christmas Edition, an exclusive version that will be available in three festive color choices. The 37mm Buckle will come with a fuchsia, champagne or red guilloche dial and have a special Christmas Edition engraving on the case back.
The newest incarnation of the iconic Ferragamo Buckle retains the trademark Gancino hook silhouette along with the cloche shaped IP gold case that features an asymmetrical dial sporting guilloche finishing and four brilliant cut diamonds as indices. Other features include signature asymmetrical lugs and a unique winding crown at the 12 oโclock mark. Each watch has an anti-reflection scratch-resistant sapphire crystal and comes with a two-year warranty.
On the inside, the Ferragamo Christmas Edition Buckle watch is powered by a Swiss made premium Ronda 762 quartz movement with 10-year battery life encased in a stainless steel case that is water resistant to 101 feet or 30 meters. On the outside, each watch has a vegetable tanned calfskin strap in fuchsia, beige or red that coordinates with the equally colorful dial.
The Ferragamo Christmas Edition Buckle watch is a flashier, more colorful take on the standard Buckle which has a stainless steel case with silver-tone dial and calfskin leather strap with contrast stitching in black, brown, tan or orange. These sell for $995 and $1,195 so we can probably expect similar prices for the special edition. They will be produced in limited quantities for the 2014 holiday season, so if you have your eye on one, head on over to your local Ferragamo dealer.
