A friend of mine introduced me to the Kentex brand, and put me in touch with the owner. From talking to the owner by email and doing some research on the info he sent to me, I found out that Kentex has actually been around since 1989. They started as Kentex Time, in 1989, as an OEM manufacturer, and in 1998, they started producing watches under the Kentex brand.ย The model I reviewed is the Kentex Marineman, of which there are a few variations. This version is a limited edition of 199 pieces, with a green ceramic bezel and black MOP dial. There are other versions available on the website as well.
