Hublot Picks a Winner in Floyd Mayweather
โThe Fight of the Centuryโ is over and the still-undefeated Floyd Mayweather remains World Champion but sharp-eyed boxing fans noticed something new when he hit the ring in Las Vegas on Saturday night. For the first time Mayweather was sporting the logo of a sponsor on his trunks and that brand was Hublot, which had earlier announced a major partnership with the champ.
At a press conference on Friday the luxury watch maker presented Mayweather with a King Power WBC Full Pavรฉ with Emeralds that will be right at home in the champโs million dollar watch collection. The watch-loving boxer is a perfect fit for the brand that has as its slogan โFirst, Different, Unique.โ
Hublot CEO Ricardo Guadalupe stated: โWe are proud to be a part of the World Boxing Council since we partnered with them in 2012. It is with honor and privilege that we stand beside Mayweather in what will be the biggest fight of his career. His astounding achievements through his perseverance and commitment to his celebrated career have made him a great fit for Hublot โ we will lay witness to greatness tomorrow.โ
Mr. Guadalupe must have ESP since Mayweather soundly defeated Manny Pacquiao on Saturday night and can now relax and enjoy his new Hublot watch, a 48 mm King Power WBC model of King Gold set with 240 sparkling diamonds plus 48 baguette cut emeralds adorning the bezel.
โEveryone knows I am a big fan of luxury watches and Hublot is one of them,โ stated
Mayweather. โI am extremely grateful for their support and I look forward to adding the King Power WBC Full Pavรฉ with Emeralds to my collection.โ
As you can see from the photo, this is a timepiece truly worthy of a (world) champion like Floyd Mayweather.

Actually, Hublot picked a misogynist bigot wife beater. Sad that they chose to be associated with such an individual just for some publicity.
