Today I discuss something not normally seen in a WatchReport hands on review; a ladies watch. But hey, women like watches too, and Momentum makes a very nice classic sized diver in the form of the M1 Mini (amongst a few other ladies watches). With a retail price of $185 on the bracelet (as reviewed), and a around $130 for the rubber strap version, it is certainly not going to break the bank, and from my point of view, and my girlfriendโs who has been wearing it the past few months, it is a great dive watch in a small size and while it might be small, Momentum did not skimp on the quality or details.
Please take a look below at my video review:

What did my girlfriend think of the M1 Mini? โI like it a lot!โ It was said with enthusiasm though, and this watch has made her appreciate watches more so than she ever did. She feels like she has a real watch now, and not just a fashion one. And she does.
The Momentum M1 mini is a Japanese quartz diver, with a solid stainless steel bracelet, gloss black dial, applied markers, unidirectional bezel with aluminum insert and lume pip, a signed screw down crown, and that classic look of a Rolex diver, without being a copy at all. The M1ย is available in an array of colors, way too many to list here, so take a look at the Momentum website for all the different variations.
My girlfriend really wanted that classic look that would go with everything, so that is what I got for her. But if you are looking to stand out a little more, there surely is something to suit those needs. The case, bracelet, and case back is all 316L stainless steel, but it is brushed in a way that almost gives it a titanium look. It is also pretty lightweight, at about 65 grams.

Purchased this watch for my wife just over 2 years ago. Stopped working so I sent the watch to Washington state for repair. Paid to have the watch shipped may I add. the watch came back and worked for a few months until it quit working again. My wife has several other watches so really didn’t bother to tell me that the watch had issues again. My wife and I have Tags, Swiss Army, Luminox, Raymond Weil, and Omega watches. This watch was absolutely the worst watch I ever purchased. And then to have to pay the shipping to have the watch fixed and not really be fixed. Watch is junk.
Very sorry to hear that. I have only had to use their repair service once, but I have usually heard very good things. This watch is still working very well, and my girlfriend is not easy on her watches. Only sent it in once for a battery change, and beyond that, it has been good to go. May I ask what is wrong with it? Is it a battery issue or are you not sure? I’m curious if you have reached out to them again, to see if it can be rectified.
