What is watch Amplitude?

– Watch Amplitude refers specifically to the degree of rotation of each swing of the balance wheel. Ideally, the rotation should fall in somewhere between 275 and 315 degrees. Any less than this and the watch will run too fast because the rotations are registering too quickly.
