I purchased this theme about 6 weeks ago and couldn’t be happier with the product. I applaud GhostPool for providing some of the best and responsive customer support I’ve ever experienced. The theme has also had two or three upgrades since my initial purchase—so theme development is very much alive. Each and every post-purchase issue I raised with GhostPool was addressed and resolved quickly and satisfactorily in a professional no-nonsense manner. What’s more impressive was that every ticket I submitted was responded to with a detailed explanation (and instructions) the very next morning—excluding weekends of course (everyone needs a break). Each design theme from Ghostpool improves the design and features of the one before it. This theme’s “material design” look is very clean. Dan is also very responsive to support tickets, typically answering in under 24 hours. I can only imagine that purchasers who rate this theme poorly had issues outside of the theme, which they mistakenly applied to this theme, or had some other misunderstanding.
