The Matt Kenseth Primo is manufactured in a limited series of 5000 pieces worldwide. Each watch carries an individual number of 1-5000. The case is made from black ion plated stainless steel and carries dimensions of 45mm in diameter (not including the main crown and chronograph pushers). The bezel is unidirectional which facilitates the measurement of elapsed time. On the bezel are white Arabic numerals which contrast wonderfully against the black steel bezel. The lone exception to this is the Arabic numeral 20 which is in red. The number 20 is special to Matt Kenseth as this is his racing number.
The dial is slate grey with red accents and a tachymeter on the flange which is used to measure average speed over a given distance. The chronograph subdials are at the 12 and 6 positions and they display the minutes and hours respectively. The chronograph seconds are indicated via a central hand. The subdial at 9 which features a large 20 rendered in Arabic numerals, counts the continuous seconds. Completing the dial is a red rimmed date aperture at the 3 o’clock position.
Driving this watch is the Eco-Drive B612. The strap is made from black polyurethane coated leather and is fitted with classic ardillon buckle. This attractive timepiece is water resistant to 100 (330 feet), which makes this watch an ideal choice for daily wear.
