Citizen Introduces Satellite Wave-World Time GPS Watch
For the world traveler who always has to know the right time, no matter what the time zone, Citizen has the ideal watch. The Satellite Wave-World Time GPS watch with Satellite Wave GPS technology was introduced on Wednesday at a press conference in Chicago. On hand for the unveiling was two-time Daytona 500 champion and Citizen brand ambassador Matt Kenseth.
You donโt need to be a NASCAR driver to appreciate the Satellite Wave-World Time GPS watch since the timepiece is loaded with features like worldwide reception in 40 time zones. This watch has a three-second reception time from orbiting navigational satellites for pinpoint accuracy. Even if youโre stuck in the jungle miles from the nearest electrical plug, the Satellite Wave-World Time-Wave GPS watch stays powered up to two years from one full charge.
Other standout features include eco-drive technology, perpetual calendar, daylight savings time indicator, power reserve indicator, light level indicator, day and date. The Satellite Wave-World Time GPS watch has a stainless steel case and bracelet for super durability and is water resistant to 100M.
The Satellite Wave-World Time GPS watch was launched with a gala press day that featured Kenseth racing go-carts against the WGN-TV on-air talent. The station has been sponsoring a contest to win one of these new watches and the winner was chosen on the air.
Kenseth will also be appearing at a discussion on the upcoming NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at Chicagoland Speedway on September 20. Citizen is making a donation to the 100 Club of Chicago for every Satellite Wave-World Time GPS watch sold by Rogers & Hollands jewelers up until that date.
The MSRP for the Citizen Satellite Wave-World Time GPS is $1,150.00.
