  1. I placed an order with Zinvo on the 18th of June. I have yet to receive any shipping confirmation. I’ve been doing a lot of reading on this company and have been seeing a lot of not so good stuff. I have spoken to at least a dozen people who have placed orders with Zinvo over a month ago and have yet to receive their watches nor even a shipping confirmation. Many have said they have reached out and demanded a refund and have been ignored. I hope this is not going to be the deal with me.

    • I ordered a watch end of July and I still have not got anything. The company is scam! They are not willing to give me any details. I have asked countless times for my money back and nothing has come of it. They need to be shut down!!!

    • Dear Matt, just ordered my zinvo watch 2days ago and havnt received any update as well. Did you receive your watch?

    • This company appears to be a SCAM. I placed an order on December 1, 2020, that was supposed to ship within 48 business hours, two weeks later it hasn’t even shipped.
      Emails are ignored, phone number on the website goes to a voice mailbox that hasn’t been set up, and the phone number on the google listing gets forwarded to another voicemail without even a company greeting, and even the Chat feature on the website is ignored.

  2. The worst company I have ever dealt with. I have ordered my watch last December and I ended up waiting for 3 month after countless useless emails back and forth to only receive the WRONG WATCH!…

    It is now almost the end of july and not only did they not send me the correct watch back, or give me a proper answer on the shipping label to send back the wrong watch. They actually had the nerve to tell me to send everything to their office and cover the costs myself. We have had a total of 83 emails between us with false promises from their side from their two representatives “Maria” and “Julie” and there never seems to be any management involvement.

    I would not suggest anybody to deal with this horrible company and their horrible customer service. The watch itself isnt even worth it,

    • Very interesting that you mentioned the representative “Julie”. I am dealing with a similar issue now where I have paid for the watch, but I have not received any sort of status after 2.5 weeks. I requested that the order be cancelled due to the delay, but the only response I received from “Julie” is that my request was forwarded to their management team.

      Now I am beginning to be more nervous after hearing your experience dealing with the company. We’ll see what happens…

      • Julie, does nothing apart from send the same email.
        The “non existent” management team is just a delay tactic. Speak to your bank and get a refund as the watch will not turn up.
        Its been over 3 months for me and nothing…….

  4. It’s the same for me I ordered the 24/11/2017 they took the money and no more nothing new it is a big scam on the bed everywhere made attention ladies and gentlemen please!
    I’m french and i scribe on Facebook and Instagram to be carefull at Zinvo !

  5. I’ve asked to have my order cancel and to get a REFUND of my money. It been over a month and was told that my request was being forwarded to management and they NEVER got in touch with me. And that I got a email saying that my order has been shipped a month later when I requested to be cancel.
    Now it’s been over months and I’m still waiting on how to return and for a shipping label; this is by far the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve ever DEALT with. They don’t have a number to call even when I requested a number to call, but instead dealing with all this by email.

  6. Is a scamming company guys all it does is still your money and never delivers you the watch…so many emails between Julie and that *edited for language* Maria nothing at all…. is a scam so be aware of it!!!!

  7. Please do not order from ZINVO. Every negative comment I have read is exactly true. They are scammers, I urge you to report this company if you have a bad experience, they need to be shut down

  10. After some delay in customs, I finally received the Zinvo Blade. However, after several weeks of using, Please DO NOT BUY this watch. 5he self power by movement mechanism didn’t work properly and my watch did not point to the exact time and oftrn die at times. Even when it is on my wrist the whole time and I keep winding it every 3 hours or so. Totally not worth it.
