Like most watches from AVI-8’s collection, I’m sure you will be able to find this watch for a cheaper price tag if you are willing to put in the work to find it. Overall, the Supermarine Seafire is a nice grab-and-go option. With the four different case options to choose from, the Seafire can range from a daily watch to an occasional dress watch, depending on the style you choose. Shame about the mineral crystal, given the pricetag of this thing – $450 or so – a sapphire seems to be almost a necessity (heck, you can get pvd-coated miyota automatic watches with a sapphire for that price – of course, not chronos, but even so). Especially with a dial this detailed, a sapphire would have made more sense.
